6 Strategies To Get Organized
Lately I have been feeling so overwhelmed 😩
I know we can all feel overwhelmed 😩 sometimes but I have found lately that I have been feeling that way a lot. This feeling of being overwhelmed makes everything in my life feel out of control and disorganized.
I realized I needed to step back from some things and evaluate how I was going to change this, I just CAN’T live this way.
These are some things that I am going to be sure to try and implement, while realizing that it can take some time and practice.
I want to change things so that I can create a better feeling of control and peace in my life 🧘♀️

I’m going to evaluate my ‘to do’ list and prioritize what’s important to me. I’m going to have to teach myself that not everything can get done all at a once
I am going to start making a weekly schedule to help manage all of my tasks. As much as I sort of already do this, I think I need to break this schedule down into even more detail
I always talk about decluttering your house but I think we can all benefit from decluttering our schedules as well. Unfortunately this can be very difficult because it requires us to have to say NO!. We just can’t do everything that everybody wants us to do. We all know life is too short, start doing what is best for you and best for your family!
Yep you read that right, I’m going to start allowing myself a guilt free time out, a bit of time that is just for me (I almost literally LOL typing this because this will take some serious training for me) #believeitwheniseeit #inserteyeroll 🙄
Oh my, now I’m laughing even harder😂…Sleep, I wish!! But I am going to TRY to continue to better my sleep habits. Do I need to wish you Good Luck with this one too? What do you do to create a good night sleep? Please let me know in the comments below!! #prettyplease 🙏
Turn Off Notifications
As much as I love it, Social Media is a huge sucker of my time. I’m going to turn off my notifications because I can’t stand all of those red numbers on my phone #ineedeverythingneat&tidy. Every time I see a notification I feel the need to clear them up. With notifications turned off, I can browse my social media when I have the time, on my schedule…..while I take #metime
Just thinking about these ideas have helped my mind……
